Super Easy Banana Pancakes

You can enjoy these for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a healthy dessert at any time. The banana pancakes are ideal for a sweet tooth yet they contain no sugar and are low in calories. What’s more, you don’t need many ingredients and they are quick and easy to make. Why wait? Try this recipe from Lena and enjoy!

Ingredients: (Enough for 8-10 pancakes - 2 portions)

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil for cooking

To serve:

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Natural yoghurt
  • Maple syrup

 

 

Preparation of the Pancakes:

1. Peel the bananas and mash with a fork.

2. Mix with the eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and chia seeds.

3. Fry in the coconut oil and serve with fresh berries, yoghurt and maple syrup.
