Super Green Smoothie

A perfect and refreshing Drink for hot days. Fast, easy, healthy and low calories.

Here’s how it goes:

Ingredients: (enough to fill 4 small bowls)

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 green apple
  • 25 g young spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 banana, to taste
  • 250-300 ml cold water (half can be replaced by natural apple juice if you wish!)
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • Some fresh mint

 

 

Preparation:

Peel the kiwis and dice the apple, the kiwis and the banana. Wash the spinach well. Blend all ingredients, including the water and the ice cubes.

Divide into bowls and serve with fresh mint.
